No OTPs received on time. Not a single OTP received in the given email address. Need to look into this matter.

New version not working
The new version isn’t letting us sign in rather it’s asking for account number and yet no OTP is being sent. Have been trying to log in for a day but still not working. Fix this bug as soon as possible.

App crashing
After having tried every YouTube tutorial, deleting and reinstalling the app, and everything, the app is always crashing down. I thought it must be something wrong with my mobile, so I tried in the other one where the same issue occurred. I understand our country and technical systems might be getting better gradually but an app having even operating issue… very disappointing. I am grateful to one of your lady staff Tshering for helping me but then sadly, after trying for weeks; filling up all forms and contacting, I am having to review the app with the lowest rating 🙁

Slow and poor customer service
I sent money over a week ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve submitted two separate inquiries, but no one has bothered to respond. The service is not only slow but completely unresponsive. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience.
How to give negative stars?
This app need improvement.
KYC Issues and Slow response
You can’t save the documents for KYC verification and can’t proceed further without KYC.. every documents need to be ready to upload once app is downloaded, you can’t save this KYC verification for your convenience even if you did it it take hell lots of time to verify and gives issues
No verification email
Been more than 24 hours and still no verification email.

Service fee is really high!! If their aim is to get foreign currency, they need to reduce it before people use other apps with less fees.

There is no icon I can press to register my new number. My old password doesn’t work, it keeps saying sign in with new number, but there’s nowhere to sign in.
