Junk App

The “security” on this app is essentially scramble the on screen numbers when you try to enter a pin that you can only get in person at the bank. Also, you can only use the app on one phone and screw you if you lose the phone or delete the app without deauthorizing the app first. When you can get in the app doesn’t let you do anything outside of direct Italian transfers. This bank is a joke and the app is worse.

Insoddisfacente

Ho fatto una richiesta digitale di giacenza media dell’anno 2023 e mi è arrivata una sorta di dichiarazione (senza bilancio) ma del 2021 e non mi da la possibilità di re inoltrare la richiesta. Quando vado sui contatti per provare a scrivere a qualcuno, la pagina non si apre, quindi posso dire che vivendo in Svizzera quest’app è abbastanza inutile!

Difficile da navigare

- Non dovrei cercare da per tutto per sapere dove vedere i messaggi che ho.
-In generale, è difficile mi trovo in difficoltà usare il vostro App, non è user friendly.
-Quando si paga un bonifico Sepa il tasso che devi pagare è spesso non accettato me non ti spiega il perché, devi stare lì a giocare, a perdere un sacco di tempo per mandare un bonifico.

9 volte su 10 inaccessibile per me che vivo all’estero e devo fare delle transazioni veloci risulta davvero scomoda, poco intuitiva e per il trading bisogna scaricare un altra applicazione.

Pessimo. Tutti si lamentano. L’otp sul telefono si apre 1 volta su 10. Scade troppo velocemente ed ogni volta bisogna ricominciare da capo. Scoraggiante! Ho altri 2 conti correnti all’estero, e non ho mai avuto problemi online. Pure il nickname è un problema! Ma perché non l’associate al numero di conto!

Can’t believe how bad this is

Worse banking app ever. Full of bugs. Not reliable. I missed a payment deadline because I didn’t have my laptop with me and couldn’t process a payment via the app. It’s just bad.

just another example which shows the difference

between how we do business here in the US and how italian does business! we have a home in italy where we spend our summer months. i am long time customer with bank of america. although i would never call b of a perfect, but boy compared to this BNL app, bofa's app and online presence is like the first world versus the third world. not only can i not do many things i am able with the b of a app, i cannot even print out monthly statement and have not figured out even on their website. maybe italian financial institute does not issue monthly statement! and many other weird corky aspects of this app for which i do not have time to write up. again, i believe this is just another reflection how italian approaches business operations which is quite backward.
