Maybe it should be expected that a banking app should also be available in English for the non Italian speaking customers of the bank?

Separa i soldi

Sarebbe bello se l'importo totale dei fondi potesse essere elencato separatamente. Invece di mostrare "di cui salvadanaio”, mostra quanto c'è nel conto senza includere i risparmi. È fastidioso dover calcolare per capire esattamente cosa c'è nel tuo conto esclusi i risparmi.

Ciao Maybe may, puoi scegliere di visualizzare il tuo saldo sottratto della cifra che hai accantonato virtualmente seguendo questi semplici passaggi: accedi ad app Sella > menù in alto a sinistra > Salvadanaio > Il mio Salvadanaio > rotellina in alto a destra e infine attiva la funzione "Nascondi". Grandiosa, e con un ottimo supporto

Ho aperto un conto in Banca Sella per la nota qualità del servizio che offre, ma non mi sarei mai aspettato una tale disponibilità dal supporto clienti: dopo che qualche giorno fa ho segnalato all’assistenza un piccolo glitch grafico un po’ sgradevole, sono stato contattato via email per ulteriori dettagli e, nel giro di pochissimo, sono stato informato via telefono del rilascio della nuova versione che lo correggeva.

App ben fatta!

L'app è molto carina, funzionale e intuitiva. (si raramente è capitato che crashi o si debba chiudere e riaprire, ma quale app non lo fa? 😉)

Sarebbe bello arricchire la sezione dei movimenti magari con qualche grafico e/o medie dei movimenti mensili e dei mesi precedenti, anche divisi per categoria (cose che sul sito sono già disponibili). Sicuramente rende più intuitivo farsi un idea di quanto si spende o si è risparmiato (o si debba risparmiare 😅).

Potrebbe essere utile anche inserire una sezione informativa dedicata agli addetti diretti (SSD).
