Very disappointing service
I had a very poor experience ordering directly from the official website through this app. There was a lack of proper updates, and customer support was not helpful when I tried to resolve my issue. The process was frustrating and time-consuming.

I cancelled the order on 5th jan and called the customer care to know about refund and today its 24th jan still did not receive the payment
