Very disappointing service

I had a very poor experience ordering directly from the official website through this app. There was a lack of proper updates, and customer support was not helpful when I tried to resolve my issue. The process was frustrating and time-consuming.
I genuinely suggest buying this brand’s products from other trusted online platforms instead of ordering from their original website/app. The service quality needs serious improvement.

I cancelled the order on 5th jan and called the customer care to know about refund and today its 24th jan still did not receive the payment
They said it will be refunded within 7 days but still not receive
Fake app fake promises fake products everything is fake please do not order or cancel anything from this app

voucher money deduct and order not confirmed

I spent 1899 to buy voucher for purchasing boat ultima ember watch worth 2199 and i used my voucher and the balanced amount deduct from my UPI account and when i complete my order they show error and order is not confirmed by boat team so i decided to mail and raise my complaint. they are not responding and return my balance amount but my voucher amount is not returning i was mailing again and again to company but they are still refusing my voucher money so they are fraud tottally fraud with me

Poor service

Despite raising a complaint with boAt Lifestyle for a failed order where payment was deducted in two phases (UPI + Gift Card), my issue is still not fully resolved.

Only the UPI amount has been refunded, while the Gift Card amount of ₹1300 remains pending even after 8 days. This reflects poor service and improper handling of my complaint.

I strongly demand an immediate refund / re-credit of the gift card amount of ₹1300. Any further delay is unacceptable.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with formal escalation to higher authorities and consumer grievance platforms without any further notice.

This is my final request before escalation.

Scam and Fraud

I ordered Bluetooth speaker but the box turned out to be empty with nothing other than empty packing.

Wrong product delivered(scammers)

Guys don’t buy any products from this app or boat websites they will delivered a wrong product and we can’t do exchange using this app or website . They also have worst customer services called BAT . We can’t speak to them because BAT. We can mail but they won’t response properly. I have ordered 2500rs worth enigma watch but what i received is 1700 rs wave astra watch main thing is they proving wave astra watch as enigma watch. Finaly i won’t get exchange. So for safer side pls don’t buy boat products.

Fraud

This is a fake boat application and they charged me a lot for defected Airdopes and on replacement, they picked up my order but never received a refund or a new one. On calling their team they sounded very dumb asking me to click on the whatsapp link so as to claim my warranty even though my replacement was in progress .

NOT ABLE TO PURCHASE

I recently tried ordering the boAt Nirvana Ion EarPods with custom engraving through the boAt Shopping app, but the experience was frustrating. While I was able to add the engraved product to my cart, the app did not allow me to proceed with checkout. Despite multiple attempts, the issue persisted, making it impossible to complete my purchase. The app’s interface is smooth, but such glitches affect the overall shopping experience. I hope the developers address this issue soon to ensure a seamless checkout process for customized products. Until then, it’s disappointing to see such a limitation on an otherwise promising app.
