Comfy, fast, convenient
I tried so many other scooter brands in Detroit this morning, but this was the only one that worked! All the others, like Bird and Spin, were low battery or couldn’t read my ID. So glad it was there!

The customer service rep help me with downloading the app, adding monies to the wallet and gave me a short tutorial on how to operate the bike. Very awesome job. The 2 African American guys was wonderful, honest and very thorough. When I return we certainly will return these bikes again. Actually, will be a date night for downtown Detroit Boaz Bikes with my hubby every week.

RENTER BEWARE - dishonest charge
I was in Detroit just for the day and happily accepted the $3.99 charge for setting up the app. Only AFTER giving it my credit card info and trying to actually rent a unit, did it tell me I had “insufficient funds” in my wallet. But why? I just told it my card info… so I go to their wallet WHICH REQUIRES A MINIMUM $15 DEPOSIT. Of course they had already swiftly taken their four bucks from me. This reeks of scam, speaking as bike a Bird and Lime user who don’t pull tricks like this. I will be complaining with my Chase credit card to reverse the charge.

Keeps tryna charge card
Wasted time setting app up. Couldn’t ride a bike. App doesn’t accept certain cards yet keeps trying to charge my card after I reached out several times to cancel the account. Do not download, pretty horrible and irritating and hard to get in touch with creators.

Easy to rent, and ride. Clean, w/seat and basket a huge plus. Goes fast!
Terrible App
Just even trying to make an account was a struggle. It kept logging me out, it said my verification code was invalid when that’s what the email sent me, and that my card info was incorrect too? Eventually I got passed all that and finally got on the scooter. It was a nice experience, but afterwards I tried taking the picture to submit and it kept saying error.

Needs some work on the sign up page, keeps crashing and freezing
Took forever to sign up for app.
Asking too many information including DL. Singing up for lime was flashed.
License? Really!
Sorry. I am not uploading my license to some miscellaneous company to us and electric scooter especially when none of the other scooters require it.
App Does Not Work
The app does not work at all! Literally took forever just to be able to ride the bikes because the bikes kept turning off on us. It would freeze on us when we tried to unlock the bikes, the map wouldn’t show up at times and it kept asking for credit card information even when you already put it in. I had to call the bank to make sure they canceled it because it charged my card multiple times. Wouldn’t recommend it tbh.

Superb Scooter
These scooters are by far the best out of all of the other shared scooter companies. Bigger tires, a basket to store small items, and a seat make this one safer and a better ride. Highly recommend trying it out.
App doesn’t work well.
Can’t get registered on their app. Keep going all the way back to the beginning to start over. Too much competition (that works) to bother with this anymore.
