Waited for 2 hours just to give me a wait time of 346 minutes. Hung up on me twice too.
App is a complete Joke
Waiting time was 76 minutes, I waited, it got down to 7 and went back to 75 again. Bring back the calls
Good service
For the limited resources they have, they do the best they can. The drivers are all very nice and professional. They will talk to you and make you feel comfortable. The wait times are longer than ideal, but according to the drivers they have been dealing with constant vehicle issues.
way too long wait times
i used to be able to call and they would pick me up very quickly but now i have to use this app and it says every ride takes MORE THAN 45 MINUTES just to get to my location. it would take 15 minutes just to walk across the campus! bring back the phone service. this one takes way too long.
