Made a difference in my life

I’m in a wheelchair and before CartsNow I was basically stuck at home all the time without local transportation. Now I feel the freedom to go anywhere, anytime I want. I just wish they ran on the weekends.

FAQ

What is CARTSNow?

CARTSNow is a microtransit ridesharing service designed to provide a smart, easy, affordable, and green way to travel. It uses technology to pair passengers heading in the same direction, offering the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency and affordability of public transit.

How does CARTSNow work?

You book a ride through the app on your phone. The service's algorithm then matches you with other passengers going in a similar direction. You'll be picked up at your location and share the ride, avoiding detours and delays.

Is CARTSNow affordable?

Yes, CARTSNow is designed to be affordable. By aggregating multiple passengers into a single vehicle, the cost per rider is significantly reduced compared to traditional private transportation options.

What are the benefits of using CARTSNow?

Using CARTSNow offers several benefits, including affordability, convenience, and environmental sustainability. By sharing rides, you help reduce the number of vehicles on the road, which lowers congestion and CO2 emissions, making your city greener.

What areas does CARTSNow serve?

Based on the description, CARTSNow is a ridesharing service specifically for getting around Bastrop. For specific service area details or questions, users can reach out via email at now@ridecarts.com.
