Excellent app!
Simple, reliable control for my bObsweep robot. Connecting is quick, scheduling works great, and the map/cleaning options are easy to use. Highly recommend!
Love my bObsweep. Missing one thing
I love being able to remotely start my bobsweep when i’m not home or have it on a schedule… only thing I wish the app had was the ability to tell it to only clean one room then go back, instead of trying to figure out how to map it to do it.
Good interface, stable, no adds
This app does what you expect it should and does it well. It allows control and operation for a vacuum without the app crashing. It doesn’t have adds or try to get me to buy junk, if I want to get spare parts or accessories it has a link to their store.
Limited App
The app has some serious limitations. 1) It doesn’t suggest that you run a scan on the floor plan first - which is necessary if you have a larger space (a commercial floor plan, in my case). 2) The tool to label rooms is capped at 7 - and doesn’t allow you to input your own labels. 3) There is a cap on the number of no-sweep zones. 4) You cannot rotate the no-sweep zone selectors into a diagonal format - so your no-sweep zone is always locked into being parallel with the four walls of the floor plan. 5) You cannot draw a “room divider” in the middle of a room. 6) We absolutely cannot get the sweeper to remember where it was when the battery ran low, and resume - no matter how hard we try, and despite the fact that the toggle for this feature is on in our app. 7) The sweeper will sometimes experience a location error when on your map - and the only solve for this appears to be a complete rescan of the entire environment. 8) They need a better setup for a feedback loop that could improve their app software - as we WANT the app to improve. Will not let me set up an account
Application is unusable
Bought the robot, downloaded the app but I can’t open an account or sign in. Error messages tell me I must fill everything out, which I have. I feel cheated and will return for a refund.
Great App - easy to use!
I have been using the bObsweep App for over a year now. It is very easy to use and updates for improvements are done regularly.
App ain’t working
Doing startup and downloaded the app on my iPad. Have created an account by entering the required information. Then after doing so then can’t sign into the account I created, twice. Then, I can’t enter to app to do what I want and set up, map the robot.

They’ve promised an update to the app that displays notifications for months. Still waiting.

Cleans like WOW
I really like this robot vacuum. We have pets, and there is always hair on the floor. This vacuum does a great job picking it up. It also gets dirt, crumbs, and other messes that end up around the house.
The mop works well and helps keep our floors clean. I like that it lifts the mops when it goes on rugs so they do not get wet.
The best part is the auto-empty station. I do not have to empty it very often, which saves a lot of time.
It was easy to set up, and it moves around the house without bumping into everything. It even goes around pet bowls and furniture.
If you have pets or just want help keeping your floors clean, I think this robot vacuum is a great choice.

Love Bob and the App
I love our new Bobsweep and also the app. It’s very easy to start or stop Bob, ask him to do a quick or thorough clean, which rooms to go to, or the whole house. We love our new purchase and recommend it to anyone on the fence.
Easy to use app
This app is easy to use. Everything you need to know or access is right on the main screen and you can easily see additional details with just an extra click. The only improvement I would suggest would be to allow for some sort of push notification to send out alerts such as when the vacuum is stuck or needs more water etc. Overall this is a great app and much better than other robot vacuum apps I have used in the past.

Improvement needed in the app and also in Alexa Skill
The app functionality is good, however I think there need to be some work on the user interface layout to be more modern. The way to connect/divide zones can be improved. Also, the integration Skill in Alexa can be improved as well. When I connected to Alexa, I was hoping to ask for specific room cleaning, i.e: Alexa, clean the kitchen area (based on the zones created in the BobSweep app), but that is not an option, the only option in Alexa is to turn on and off, which is not really handy if you want to get only specific room cleaned.

Game changer
This app makes using our BObsweep so easy. Setup and scheduling was a breeze. I can change easily according to our needs.
Very frustrating
I went to create an account for the first time and it said the email was already in use. Mind you I just opened the box and downloaded the app and I've never used this before in my life. I tried to reset my password and I have done it several times and it is not sending a reset to my email. Therefore, I cannot use the phone function. I'm literally stuck in doing it manually.
