Cleans like WOW
I really like this robot vacuum. We have pets, and there is always hair on the floor. This vacuum does a great job picking it up. It also gets dirt, crumbs, and other messes that end up around the house.
The mop works well and helps keep our floors clean. I like that it lifts the mops when it goes on rugs so they do not get wet.
The best part is the auto-empty station. I do not have to empty it very often, which saves a lot of time.
It was easy to set up, and it moves around the house without bumping into everything. It even goes around pet bowls and furniture.
If you have pets or just want help keeping your floors clean, I think this robot vacuum is a great choice.

Love Bob and the App
I love our new Bobsweep and also the app. It’s very easy to start or stop Bob, ask him to do a quick or thorough clean, which rooms to go to, or the whole house. We love our new purchase and recommend it to anyone on the fence.
Easy to use app
This app is easy to use. Everything you need to know or access is right on the main screen and you can easily see additional details with just an extra click. The only improvement I would suggest would be to allow for some sort of push notification to send out alerts such as when the vacuum is stuck or needs more water etc. Overall this is a great app and much better than other robot vacuum apps I have used in the past.

Improvement needed in the app and also in Alexa Skill
The app functionality is good, however I think there need to be some work on the user interface layout to be more modern. The way to connect/divide zones can be improved. Also, the integration Skill in Alexa can be improved as well. When I connected to Alexa, I was hoping to ask for specific room cleaning, i.e: Alexa, clean the kitchen area (based on the zones created in the BobSweep app), but that is not an option, the only option in Alexa is to turn on and off, which is not really handy if you want to get only specific room cleaned.

Game changer
This app makes using our BObsweep so easy. Setup and scheduling was a breeze. I can change easily according to our needs.
Very frustrating
I went to create an account for the first time and it said the email was already in use. Mind you I just opened the box and downloaded the app and I've never used this before in my life. I tried to reset my password and I have done it several times and it is not sending a reset to my email. Therefore, I cannot use the phone function. I'm literally stuck in doing it manually.

Life changing
I finally pulled the trigger on telling my husband that I wanted a robot vacuum cleaner and that this is the one I wanted after many many months of deciding. I am SO HAPPY!! Maxim is life changing and has brought so much happiness, seriously. The ease of set up, then just push a button and he goes on his way to cleaning! Our 3 year old talks to him like he’s a dog and everyone in our house thanks him as they walk past him or he goes by while cleaning. He’s really become part of the family! I am beyond happy I splurged on myself and got him, SO WORTH IT!

customer service is real humans!
Ive had the bobsweep exclusively for 7 years and Ive had 2 models. Both are built well and work great with the app. I like the mapping features &The ability to make multiple schedules. Honestly wouldnt change anything. No AI customer service!! THAT MAKES THIS COMPANY SO WORTH IT. besides the product is well made and the app is always functional.

App is trash; product should be called MINUM
Why isn’t -0- ⭐️ an option. For the price point needs to have easy, user friendly, top line app WITH customer support OR viable manual programming options. This product doesn’t have jack.
Upgrade
The app experience for our new bObsweep Maxim is much improved over the previous version for our Pethair Vision Plus. Overall, features are better organized, easier to understand, and more accessible. There are still some kinks to work out when fine-tuning mapping. Integration with Google Home is not straightforward, as the app generates a separate password for sign in and does not use the same login information as you would for their website.

I love my bObsweep! He does an excellent job and I have 3 dogs. I have him vacuum twice a day and mop 1-2 times a week. He is so helpful to my everyday life. I would recommend it to everyone!

Since a new update the cleaning history shows a bad AI rendering of my apartment..it showing I have 3 balconies...

Easy setup light on the wallet
