Mobile token issue

When I open the BOCHK app it ask me to create a 6 digit mobile token. After jumping all the hoops and typing 6 digits and confirming… I get an error message like “ System busy try again later” and it takes me back to step one. This has happened many times like today on 2026-06-02.
