Not a good mobile application
This app keeps signing me out even though I have it on Face ID. Then when I try to sign in it won’t let me. Worse mobile banking app I have ever seen.
So unfriendly to users
The old app pre-NBH ownership was amazing, super easy to use. This one is so non functional. I get locked out every other time, and when I’m not locked out, the app makes it impossible to perform basic functions.
Not as good as old app
Slow. Not user friendly. Not formatted for mobile devices. Everything doesn’t fit on the screen so you have to slide around to see different parts of the page. So for this merger with NBH has not served customers well.
Prefer the old app
So far, all the recent updates with the electronic side of BOJH have been a downgrade from the previous systems used.
Needs Notifications
This app is not as good as the old one. I would love to see push notification to let me know when activity happens with my account. I preferred the old app.
