DISAPPOINTING APP!
Can only program a schedule for one group of blinds. Customer service is AI, drove me nuts and did not solve my problem even though I provided it with all pictures and info requested! Very disappointed but Blindstogo does business with BonHome so I’m stuck with it!!

Seamless integration
The Bond bridge was straight forward to setup and worked with Alexa’s right away. The IR signals for my ceiling fan took less than five minutes to program. Works exactly like advertised. Highly recommended!

We love this fan. We first bought a different fan that was $2000 and its was trash right out of the box, back to Home Depot. Then went to a lighting store and saw this one and haven’t looked back. $600 plus tax dealt a lot better as well. App works great as well. Fan moves a massive amount of air. Recommended for sure.

I use the app with Alexa across multiple fans in my home by different manufacturers and although some time ALL the buttons don’t match up exactly for instance the fan may have 3 speeds but I get 6 buttons for speed the communication with the fan works which was most important to me.
Honestly I probably use on off of the fan light and the fan the most I’m not adjusting the light brightness or fan speed all that often.

Doesn’t work, no support response
I have two bond bridges that pair to WiFi, but will not pair to my account. Tried manually adding bridge to my bond account from the local IP address and still won’t add. Tried on two separate networks and phones. Contacted support with no reply.
