Worst service ever

Don’t use these guys, pay more and use another company. I have 5G brand new phone and clients call never connects I end up calling them all the time.

Okay, but access to features on iOS App need to be the same as Desktop / Website

Unfortunately on iOS App you're (currently) unable to do 'attended' call transfer, which I feel is an important feature.

Furthermore the 'blind' transfer to external lines (on iOS App) doesn't work 9/10 times... caller just hears beeping and is disconnected.

Why are features available on Desktop App / Web not available in app?

Transfer faults are really annoying.

On a positive note, everything else seems to be working really well.

The free 7 day trial is great.

The staff I've liaised with so far have been lovely and super helpful.
