Poor sound quality

Really poor sound quality , none of my customers can hear me and I have to ring the. From my mobile , defeats the object if haveing the service . Won’t be renewing once my contract ends

Have an Apple Watch? Don’t use this company

After months and months of my calls dropping out and not working, trying every single solution . I finally spoke to the chief engineer turns out the issue as I have an Apple Watch. Connected to my phone. If you have an Apple Watch you can’t use this service. The Bluetooth from the watch interrupts the calls. Support suggested I don’t use my Apple Watch anymore. Joke of a company with thousands of fake reviews.

Stay well clear either get a separate work phone or move to Airlandline.

Currently about to start a legal battle with with.

Unreliable

I am experiencing a 30% dropped call rate on incoming calls which is totally unacceptable and customer service is not responding to my complaints.
