Stops music playing on phone
Its quite literally ruining the shopping experience turning off my music when the app is opened. Tried closing it and opening it and checked the settings and for some reason i cannot play music on my phone while browsing the app… proper mood killer

Absolute awful shop I bought an item once it has arrived it was the wrong item then when I was checking how to return it I would only get the refund for the item not the delivery and I would have to pay another £2 for the return parcel to them taking the piss can’t even do their job right

Take notice of the recent ‘delivery protection’ addition swindle mentioned by others to get more money out of you. So basically they’re saying our orders aren’t usually ‘protected’??? C’mon, pull the other one!! I also paid for a years ‘premier delivery’ - which absolutely was next day; trust me, I’ve ordered so many times and it WAS always next day. Guess what? Now it isn’t, and it has 3 months left to run. Thanks for taking my money and then stopping that before the year is up. You won’t get another sale from me as a result. No problem.

Terrible experience
I made a +150$ purchase a month ago and it never arrived. Im still trying to get my money back but apparently there’s no way to contact an agent or someone who is not AI. I don’t what im doing wrong for real.
