Thay delivered 2 out of 11 items 5 days late.. maked everything as delivered even though it wasn’t even half the order.. I’ve tried speaking to ai speaking to there agents too and it just keep putting me in this feedback loop where I’m asked what went missing then name of all items and then I get transferred to somone who doesn’t know what happened so I have to repeat all again and then thay do the same so on… I bought next day delivery too and it’s now atleast 7 days late .. I’ve gotten nowhere!!!

I've tried and tried and can't log in. Even emailed them and they must think I'm stupid. If you click on forgot password, it says its emailed you information on resetting your password, but that email never comes.
