Top Fraud application
They are top fraud company in Pakistan, will take your money and cancel ticket and for refund you will begging to them , should report to authorities
Payment gateway sucks
Useless app, tried payment 3-4 times with different cards, payment got deducted from bank but didn’t go through in the App. Had to raise dispute with bank to get the refund. Waste of time and money

This app is fraud. They have taken my amount and did not issue a ticket. my bank has confirmed that payment has been gone to vendor but Bookme refused receipt. poor aftersales services
Scammers!!!
I booked a Bus ticket and they keep on cancelling my booking and refunded the money into the bookme wallet which ideally should be refunded back to my bank account that I used to made payment. However, When I initiated the refund back to my bank account from bookme wallet, it remains in the pending/review state, despite elapsing of the stated time 2-3 working days for processing. I’d NEVER RECOMMEND this app to anyone to save them, because these people will steal your money and will never return back. Be aware!!
