I love that I can control my time by having the option to accept or reject appointments at my convenience! It also automatically sends out appointment reminders and asks new clients to review their experience. It pays for itself!!

So I have been using the booking platform and have yet to have one person that is new and found me on Booksy to book an actual appointment. Everyone of my appointments have been people that I am already in contact with.

At first I wasn’t feeling booksy. Everyone kept mentioning it to me, that it’s great until one day finally got the app and now I love it. It is a lot at first to navigate through it but now I’m organized and have my services listed. Also I love how it shows stats and income coming through. I don’t regret my decision!

It’s always error tells me my email is incorrect won’t let me make the modifications I need I have several clients a day complaining about how it won’t work keeps erroring out and won’t let them make an appointment and have to wait a few days or make their kids appointments but will not allow them to make their husbands appointment until the next day for a different day sitting in queue waiting for a rep to even help and every setting or change I make keeps saying booksy unresponsive reload or wait , cheaper than square but not worth the money
