Easy
Biz does exactly what I need it to do. Gone are the days of double booking and scrawling on my phone. Clients book in, arrive and pay all through the app. Built in cancellation fees too means I don’t miss out on no shows from new clients. Does what it says on the tin and happy I went with Booksy.
THEY WILL SCAM YOU
After using Booksy for 4 years This app is just a booking app for scheduling. THAT IS IT!!!!!!
They make it seem like you will get new clients from just the app. That is not true. When you do get new clients you are paying the app which is ridiculous. I’m paying you a fee for clients on top of my monthly fee. If your clients do not book through your direct link. They will try to claim they have you said client. Many times family and friends search me on Booksy to book and they will claim they provided the client for me. THIS APP HAS STARTED TO FEEL LIKE A CLIENT SCAM THE LAST 2 YEARS I OFFICIALLY WILL BE DOING RESEARCH FOR A NEW BOOKING SYSTEM !!!!

I’ve been using Booksy for my sports massage for about 2 months now. I’ve really liked the element of marketing it provides from launch making it super easy for clients to find you. The custom forms could do with improvement as I usually have to advise clients where to find my intake form as the app does not take the client to the form through push notifications like you would expect. Other than that a great app with so many tools built in for a small business!
