Very poor support and serious issues with staff permissions
Booksy does not make it clear what employees can access before you sign up. Staff may have access to sensitive business and financial information with limited control from the owner. Very disappointing experience.
Great for my small business
I had been using a paper diary for years and finally made the leap to using a booking system.

I really want to like this app bc the cost is pretty decent but I’m always having issues. Other apps I’ve used if I have a service that requires a deposit it sends them a link to pay that deposit if I put their service in myself. I wish booksy did that. When I signed up using my friends referral link she didn’t even get the referral credit bc this shjt is always buggin. the calendar layout kinda sucks. I also have selected to not have gaps in my schedule & I awkward gaps not long enough for majority of my services
