Scheduled mobile service and beautician said she didn’t provide mobile service. Booksy refunded $5.00 for the mobile but not the $20 for deposit.
Very confusing
I do not recommend it. I was under the impression that I get charged if we do not show. We went to appointment, paid and was still charged. Can’t find contact anywhere in app and barbershop was no help.

I have been having my hair cut by Ollie for a few years now. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and the service he delivers. The barber shop itself is clean and friendly, the staff are polite and inviting. I would recommend icon barbers to all ages.

KJ keeps up with the latest trends and styles. Is very knowledgeable in her field. Responds quickly, works around switching schedules. My hair has not been this healthy and beautiful in many years. I’m at a point where I don’t want anyone else doing my hair. If you haven’t booked an appointment with KJ, do it. I promise you won’t be disappointed:

Mikey is such a great barber
Both of my boys get their haircut by Mikey. They are age 11 and 13 and are so comfortable with Mikey. He is so kind to them and just does a wonderful job on their hair! They both have different hair textures, and he does a wonderful job with both of them. You won’t be disappointed if you go to Mikey!!!

Fantastic value at this stylish salon where you will receive quality cut and if needed a great beard trimming. The attention to detail in all of my cuts is second to none. Try it for yourselves you won’t be disappointed
No wallet integration
If this is going to make me store payment information separately, I’m not using it. Full stop. Will find somewhere else to get my hair cut, I guess, that doesn’t insist I use this app.
