I honestly can’t say enough good things about this barber! I got a burst fade, and once again, he absolutely killed it. He’s not only an amazing barber, but he’s always so polite, sweet, and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. He somehow always has something good on to watch too 😂, which makes the whole experience even better.
This definitely wasn’t my first cut with him, and it won’t be my last. He took the vision I had in my head and brought it to life exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and pays attention to the little details.
At this point, he’s not just my barber — he’s forever my barber! 🙌🏼💈 If you’re looking for someone who can really deliver and make you leave feeling confident, I highly recommend him. You won’t regret it!

Won’t remove CC data
They forced me to give them a credit card in order to book an appointment. I had already bought a voucher for the service. But complied just to get the appointment scheduled. I showed up to the appointment. I used my voucher. It is now two days later and they will not let me remove my credit card. I think it’s absolutely absurd that they won’t let you delete credit card data when you don’t have any future appointments and you have shown up to your past ones. Essentially, they are now allowing my information to be vulnerable to a hacker and there is nothing I can do other than cancel that credit card.

Scamming people out of their money told me I had to pay deduction fee in order to get my hair done, which is fine, but I never receive getting my hair done

The app is so simple to use and the barbers on the app are quality in my opinion
Sign Up Broken
I have been completely unable to sign up, getting caught in a loop where it continually verifies my phone number and when I enter the code just sends me back round to do it again. No when I try it won’t even text me the verification codes.

Gift card
The function for purchasing gift cards was made very easy, but using it is very difficult. I couldn't find where to enter the information or how to use it. I asked at the store, and they didn't know what it was either. Shouldn't there be a customer service center?
