Cannot confirm appointments

Horrible update. I downloaded this app to confirm my appointment. It made me create an account. After doing that it isn’t showing my appt. I clicked the link in text and it redirects me to the app over and over. Will be telling whoever I am going to to switch to a different platform. I’m sure it is way more stressful for them!
