Horrible.
Would NOT recommend that any salon or service use this app. So hard to book who you want, find times or even find the business. Typed in the name of the salon that I normally use and it can’t find it. Can’t find a salon who uses the app? Great app. Would 0/10 recommend.
Disappointed
I’ve booked online with Vagaro for a lot of businesses and have always liked it. I got the app thinking it would be the same as online booking, but nothing would load for me. I got a blank screen when I clicked on most tabs, and I couldn’t find my nail salon that I’ve booked probably 10+ times on Vagaro. Deleted and am going back to the website

Terrible app on the consumers side. Idk who as a customer would actually give this more than one star. It doesn’t work. I signed in and tried to book and every time I try to book it tells me to log in AND I’M ALREADY LOGGED IN. So frustrating.
Why are there ads.
Completely ridiculous that there are ads on an app like this. Especially since the ads aren’t for “local salon, spas & gyms”.
