Horrible.
Would NOT recommend that any salon or service use this app. So hard to book who you want, find times or even find the business. Typed in the name of the salon that I normally use and it can’t find it. Can’t find a salon who uses the app? Great app. Would 0/10 recommend.
Disappointed
I’ve booked online with Vagaro for a lot of businesses and have always liked it. I got the app thinking it would be the same as online booking, but nothing would load for me. I got a blank screen when I clicked on most tabs, and I couldn’t find my nail salon that I’ve booked probably 10+ times on Vagaro. Deleted and am going back to the website

Terrible app on the consumers side. Idk who as a customer would actually give this more than one star. It doesn’t work. I signed in and tried to book and every time I try to book it tells me to log in AND I’M ALREADY LOGGED IN. So frustrating.
Why are there ads.
Completely ridiculous that there are ads on an app like this. Especially since the ads aren’t for “local salon, spas & gyms”.
Finally able to login
Numerous attempts to setup an account finally worked. No app feedback on password rules or other setup requirements made this a trial and error process. The app needs work on the overall user experience.
Verification…
I don’t want to have to verify my email, AND my phone number, AND enter a card manually just to book a haircut. I have 5 notifications to clear just from one booking.
Issues with Scheduling
The app made me get charged a no show fee from a business I had booked a service from because it didn’t register the change in appointment…. I have had so many issues with scheduling with this app and this time it cost me $$$ and is so frustrating!
Scheduling glitch
I rescheduled my appointment 5 days in advance and the app did not reschedule to appointment correctly, so the business charged me a no show fee even though I rescheduled. This is not the first time I’ve had issues cancelling/rescheduling on this app. It is unbelievable how awful this app is.
Extremely user unfriendly
For some reason, they will not let me just enter the hair salon I want to go to and search for the appointment time. They won’t let me even change the location and I changed the location setting several times. Probably this is the worst app I’ve ever seen. Might as well just call the hair salon I want to go to. This is pointless. Apparently this is not an isolated incident. You need to fix this ASAP or this app will become obsolete.

Buggy and Slow
Using the Vagaro app reminds me of using a dial up modem. Things are clunky, load slowly, and are unpredictable.
It’s like a high school computer science student made an app but then was told to make it slower. Oh and they were told to put ads in it

Upcoming appointments don’t show all
The app is ok. But would be better to be able to easily view ALL upcoming appts w each vendor. Should be easier to view them all.
I dislike this app
It is not consistent. Appointments sometimes disappear and you have no idea if they have been canceled or what is going on. The bad thing is that when you can’t see them you can’t reschedule them if you need to. And the policy says if you miss your appointment you have to pay 50% before you can schedule your next one.

I ask the app not to track or use my location- but then the app doesn't really work until I enable location.

App has bugs
Notifications return every time the app is launched. The services menu for haircuts populates by itself and doesn’t open to a default menu.
Buggy and difficult to navigate
The app doesn’t work well at all.
App Not Working
Unable to view anything on the app. It keeps sending me notifications with authorization codes, but never prompts me to login and enter them. Cannot access appointments or anything else so until this is fixed it’s useless.
