Try to book an appointment and the screen goes blank. What a waste of time!
Worse App Ever
The only thing this app is good for is changing the volume on my hearing aids. Trying to manage appointments simply does not work, all I ever get is a message saying there is a connection fault and check my internet. This message
appears regardless of internet source. To make it even more annoying the helpline was not at all interested in the problem 😡

App and Boots’ systems not merged and aligned.
I made an appointment using this app which was confirmed. When I attended the specialist at Boots did not have me on their system.
A second experience I made an appointment which was confirmed. I received a text indicating it had to be cancelled. The next day I received a text reminding me to attends the cancelled appointment.
