Accounts not found
The app was running so smoothly. I am using it since 2020 and never faced an issue but now I am continuously having an error called accounts not found. Developers can you please guide what is meant by this. Called you multiple times but all in vain.
You can’t sign up after activation
I have called them 5 times to activate my BOP application. Finally i got called after and now i can’t sign up. Still getting technical error. Seriously they need to turn this app down. Unprofessional banking service.

App does not open
After the last update to the app it simply does not open. I’m using an iPhone XR with the latest iOS. I click on the app and it shows me the BOP logo and then disappears. I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times. It does not work. Other people in my office have had similar issues.
Update is buggy
The latest iOS update is buggy. There are glitches and one time OTP codes are no longer suggested by keyboard to automatically add in the field. Menus are white. Using iPhone 6s

Please add some detail against the transaction in account statement same as other apps. And kindly add calender or something to enable user to view previous trasactions too.

I can’t even type in numbers when signing in, so I can’t access my account at all, which makes this app completely useless
