Latest app update
Ever since the most recent update, these eat buds won’t connect when I take them out. They seem to have a mind of their own. Sometimes neither earbud connects,sometimes one, but rarely both. Please push a fix. These worked just fine for over a year before the latest update.
No way to turn ear detection off.
As the title says. You can’t turn ear detection off on the Bose Gen 1 quite comfortably earbuds with this app. It’s extremely annoying when trying to do anything but sit still.
The app is complete junk
Do the people at Bose know what they are doing anymore? It is completely random when it will connect to see the headphones. turn bluetooth off/on, reboot, update app, some days it finds them but most days not. The quietcomfort buds are great but the app is a frustrating mess.
Lag and disconnection
Sometimes it takes so long for the earbuds to connect to the app although the buds are connected to the phone through bluetooth.
Reconnecting
Keep having to reconnect the earbuds.
App disconnects earbuds
The app appears fine at first but for some reason keeps disconnecting/forgetting my earbuds which, in turn, completely disconnects and powers off my earbuds. This also happened with another pair of Bose earbuds I had. The only solution is to delete the app after you set up the earbuds. Hope this helps more people

I down loaded the app and it takes me to a selling website for Bose.
Slow and flaky app
The app takes too long to load. For a simple change in settings you need to wait for a long time looking at the spinning wheel. In random times it can no longer connect to the headphones when every app on my phone can. The updates install fail with no explanation. Then the only way to exit it’s to close and restart the app.

Website is not working that I get re directed to from the app
App should be able to be dismissed without it auto reappearing while listening to audio
Coming from AirPods Pro 2 to these, the sound quality and comfort is there. Absolutely PEEVED that I can’t close this app without it reopening without my input… it’s 2026 Bose… why the hell can’t you allow just Bluetooth use without this app being open to listen to audio or use voice commands with Siri. Deplorable execution for a good product. Even more deplorable that your Bose Connect app ALLOWS exactly the use case listed above.

Never Connects
This app is the worst. Most of the time it fails to find the earbuds and connect. It claims there is no wifi when the phone is clearly connected, even to the earbuds. So you basically lose all control over nuanced functions because you can’t use the app interface that controls the earbuds. Hire a development team that knows what they are doing. Earbuds are great, but this low quality control app will definitely give me pause before buying a future pair or recommending them to others.

アプリの最新バージョンにしてから不具合多くなった
以前のバージョンではイヤホンのタッチカスタマイズで一度好みの割り振りに設定していれば二度とこちらから変更しない限り変わる事が無かったが、最新バージョン（アプリ）にしてからタッチコントロールを好みの割り振りにしても反映されなかったり（アプリ上では反映されている）全く異なる反応したりする。
これが始まると次アプリ開くと、全く覚えの無いタッチコントロールのカスタマイズになってたりするし、アプリを強制終了しようが、イヤホンを再起動しようがデフォルトにすら戻せなくなる。しかも日本語がカタコトで言ってる意味が分からない項目すらある。間違いなくいせのバージョンの方がアプリが安定していたし、アプリにも一発で繋がっていた。

Doesn’t do what it says on the tin
Customer service agent is convinced I can find my serial number in the app. I cannot. Why am I being advised to do something the app is incapable of? I also have to continuously remind the app of the existence of my earbuds. What’s the point of this app?
Won’t connect to app.
Ear buds connected to the app previously. Then started having connection/skipping issues. Deleted the app and it fixed the problem. Redownloaded the app and the connection issues returned.
Latest update is broke
Since the June 11 update I cannot connect to my Bose Qc buds. Please fix.
