Stopped working correctly after update to iOS 18.1
Stopped receiving requests from payment providers after update to iOS 18.1. Can’t use cards.
Can’t believe a bank like this exists
How does BOV still exist if they can’t get anything right: starting from this app and ending with their managers forgetting about pre-scheduled appointments and failing to show up at the branch. Utter lack of competence and expertise all throughout the establishment.

Constant login errors even with the correct pin, not sure if it’s the app that’s the problem or the connection to the BOV servers.

Rarely relaible
Useless App
Hopeless App, not user friendly. Was forced to download it after my Secure Key was discontinued for online banking. Set up a payment for my credit card, but did not go through. So got charged late payment charges. BOV Customer Service was appalling.
Easier to switch banks
Pretty much forced to download the app. Managed to get it working but could only see my current account - no credit card account shown nor are any saved payment details. Several calls to “customer care” team to assist to be placed on hold and the line cuts. Several emails ignored. Now credit card statement is due and I cannot log on to pay it. A backwards app
The application and problematic use of it makes me glad I have revolut and other banking services
Not compatible with IOS8
If like me you upgraded to IOS8, this app is rendered useless. As a developer I noticed this months ago and informed the bank who acknowledged the issue but has so far failed to address it. BOV, you also seriously need to address the fact that you have not updated your customers as I still find no mention of it on your website before encouraging people to download.

One app per account
It's a good app that's not the problem it's you are only allowed one app per account not good enough or one app per mobile.

Will only work if you register with a Maltese mobile phone number so use very limited.
Fantastic app
This is one of the few banking apps I have used that had been really easy to use and has useful functionality. Well done BOV
