Stopped receiving requests from payment providers after update to iOS 18.1. Can’t use cards.
Can’t believe a bank like this exists
How does BOV still exist if they can’t get anything right: starting from this app and ending with their managers forgetting about pre-scheduled appointments and failing to show up at the branch. Utter lack of competence and expertise all throughout the establishment.

Constant login errors even with the correct pin, not sure if it’s the app that’s the problem or the connection to the BOV servers.

Useless App
Hopeless App, not user friendly. Was forced to download it after my Secure Key was discontinued for online banking. Set up a payment for my credit card, but did not go through. So got charged late payment charges. BOV Customer Service was appalling.
