Nah
Gorgeous design, but pretty basic breathing exercises. The tracking and streaks only work about half the time which is really annoying. Doesn’t look like a lot of updates or support so I don’t anticipate it will get fixed. The upside is that there is some free content you can access without subscribing so if you are able to ignore the streaks breaking themselves and the constant popups urging you to upgrade, you can enjoy some visually appealing guided breath work exercises without $$

More instructions
I like the app really concentrating on my breathing and it’s helping but I would love more instructions during the breathing. When should I actually hold when I take the breath or not? In some of the instructions? This is not too clear.
BASIC AI
The longest sessions are all less then 3 minutes. Robotic voices. Maybe a total of 15 different sessions. This is what an elementary school program sounds like. A very unserious program. I forgot to cancel before the test period expired now I’m out and of $69.99. I actually tried 5 of the sessions just to make sure it wasn’t just me. It’s not just me. Please do not waste your time or money on this. I’ve used ‘Open’ and ‘Othership’ and been absolutely transported. Yes, either of those are twice the cost, but literally worth 10 times more in quality, HUMAN content. It’s my fault for not canceling. Lesson learned.

Asthma & Float
I like to use Float because I have asthma and it helps me build up my lungs and I love that I can do the test to see if I have improved.
Sounds good but too tough to get started and use.
Very difficult to navigate through this app. It’s even difficult to pay to subscribe. In app purchases aren’t possible and there’s no guidance to subscribe any other way.
