Worthless App & Overpriced at Station which negates the 15cent discount!
Tried of constantly not recognizing my sign in username and password which means account locked for a period of time. Noticed BP stations are easily 15cents higher which means the Rewards discount is worthless. Changing my loyalty to a gas station trying to give me the best price!
Best Gas Card
I love this gas card because you get rewards every time you purchase something either gas or in stores thank you so much. Highly recommended.

This gas card makes it so easy just to pay for your gas at any pump makes not happen to worry about if I have enough cash on me at the time just swipe and go make a payment is just as easy with the app A+++
App never works
I always have to log on to the site with a computer the app NEVER works for me. Can’t even login
Inaccurate statement
App statement does not include last payment that was made over 3 weeks ago, and even though I have a balance it says 0 payment due. Paperless statements offer no notifications of balance or payment due, so I was charged a late payment fee and interest. I declined paperless statements last month and have still not received a paper statement.

App not showing on phone
I tried installing the mobile app. It opened on the Apple Store screen so I could sign in ad pay but did not install as an app on my screen. Tried a few times.
Awesome card
Great to have easy access for payment in case of an emergency. I also love the reduced fuel costs when paying with the BP card. Great job! 👍

Gas station pumps don’t discount
I have tried this card multiple times in the first 60 days and the pumps have not once given me the full discount as advertised. If not resolved, I will be canceling this card.

Late fee and now 15 years of on time payments destroyed due to you not explaining auto pay doesn’t work for first months payment.

I have tried to set up this account for several hours. Does not work.
I wanted to send a message but that seems pretty unlikely as no place to do it
