I cannot believe how bad the app is
I never have left the comment on App Store but i really want to share. I have been BPI customer for over 16 years and they simply blocked me just because I traveled to another country and tried to login? And there is only one way to contact by phone but I need to have my Portuguese number and speak Portuguese which I donot at this moment. Horrible experience with BPI such a shame to be the customer for so many years.
Additional information: if you read the response from BPI and you would easily understand how ridiculous this could be. As i said in the comment I am blocked because I am abroad and cannot make the call and the reply said I should call??? This tells exactly how bad the customer experience is using this app. So far the worst experience I had with banks especially i have been a loyal customer for 16 years.

Shiguangduanzan, you can contact the BPI Direct Service by calling +351 21 720 77 07, with personalized assistance available 24 hours a day. The call will be charged at the cost of a national landline call.
Pretty terrible
I’ve used a lot of banking and financial apps in a lot of different countries, and this is by far the worst. It logs you out if you spend more than 7-10 seconds outside the app, my partner’s access is constantly restricted without reason and customer service can’t help her, it no longer lets me access my contacts to send mbway payments, login is slow, when you’re searching for things it’s pretty counterintuitive to find them, and most infuriating of all is that the list of transactions gives you so little information that it’s not clear what they were for. You can add descriptions to transfers but then those descriptions are not visible or searchable anywhere. There are so many transactions that have no information so it’s unclear who they were sent to/from and why.
The app needs a completely new build, as improving the current structure would be a waste of time. This app in its current form really needs to go.

Constant Connection Errors
This app has been broken for me for weeks now, with full internet I get “connection error” constantly and kicked out of the app. I keep expecting it to be fixed and even downloaded a new version of the app thinking surely they have fixed it - but no still exactly the same. This is a financial product, show some professionalism and promptly fix issues that make it unusable.!

Completely unreliable. Constant ‘updates’ happen during business hours rendering it useless. Equally unreliable when it’s not updating

Worst bank only knows to charge money from account but staff can’t help clients in any problem

Nunca nada funciona a 100%. Não existe qualquer tipo de estratégia para facilitar a utilização dos serviços via app. Perfeitamente amador.

Aplicação constantemente com problemas muito possivelmente relacionado com forma de comunicação segura usada, está sempre a falhar. Vivo em Inglaterra e está sempre a pedir para actualizar mas nunca acontece, o que é que se passa??
