Great app
Iβm training for my 30th marathon or longer distance and going for a bigger PR after injury. Iβve always created my own plans in the past but wanted something to help with reaching a bigger goal. The plan offers the intensity I want right now and itβs great that I can send the speed workouts to my garmin watch and have each segment show up there while I run. Much appreciated!

Best workout application there is.
Because it is free you would think it would be an average to below average app, but that is far from the truth. This is the best workout application I have ever used. Iβm 30 years old, and I had the disc between my L5, S1 vertebrae replaced last year. I am running my first marathon in March, and this app is what is helping me get prepared. I could not thank Nick and the BPN team enough for making this awesome app, that is ABSOLUTELY FREE! Also, if you have not checked out their nutrition products, you need to! Everything they produce is top of the line.

Great app but 1 question
This is a great training app and I love it and itβs workouts. I currently am using it to train for my first marathon and it is working wonders for my training.
1 question though. The app tell you to run below your max aerobic heart rate and to use the MAF 180 formula to find it. Thatβs great but when I transfer the workout to my watch it wants me to run in zone 3. I thought most of your runs (including below you max aerobic heart rate) should be done in zone 2. Itβs not that big a deal I was just wondering why that is.

Best training app!
This app has honestly made a huge difference in my training! The way it is structured is easy to follow and understand. My training has never been so consistent since using the app! Best training app Iβve used by a country mile ππ»
Using it for Marathon prep
I LOVE IT. Iβve been using this for my second marathon prep, and I love the workouts and the functionality of the app. I can sync the workouts with my Garmin which makes it super easy for me to hit my paces during workouts. I will 100% use it again for my next prep, and I would recommend the app to anyone interested in running programs!
