Great app
Best workout application there is.
Great app but 1 question
1 question though. The app tell you to run below your max aerobic heart rate and to use the MAF 180 formula to find it. That’s great but when I transfer the workout to my watch it wants me to run in zone 3. I thought most of your runs (including below you max aerobic heart rate) should be done in zone 2. It’s not that big a deal I was just wondering why that is.
Best training app!

Great Program
One request, I would love to see a ultramarathon hybrid and stand alone plan. 50k and/or 100 miler. I would be willing to pay for that based on how well organized these other plans are.
Much appreciated structure
I’m currently following the hybrid. It’s forced me to use equipment in the gym I’ve never used and have been intimidated. I’m doing some of the runs and substituting others for cycling.
I really enjoy the lifts being planned out for me. With modifications I’ve been working through it and really enjoying the process.
Best fitness app I’ve used

After the 12 weeks is their a recommendation on what to do next for programming?
Beginner marathon plan
Super helpful in my fitness journey
Beginner Training Plans Need Adjustments
Great Free Workout App
Suggestions: I would make a workout plan for people with 45 minutes to 1 hour of time a day. Sometimes the app has 2 workouts scheduled for the same day. Not a huge deal because I spread those across 2 days.
I would also love to see an app for Apple Watch. It would be cool to just bring the watch to the gym instead of looking at my phone.
I would like to see a way to check workouts off as completed during a workout. This would be useful when you go out of order at the gym. Someone is using the equipment for a specific exercise.
Overall the app is great!
Garmin x BPN
Unfortunately though, I don’t like how you can connect a Garmin watch and it doesn’t do anything but tell you health metrics in the app. I want a BPN x Garmin collaboration project where you can sync the workouts from the BPN app to your Garmin device. That would make it the perfect app!

Beginner Plans are not really for Beginners
If you are entirely new or getting back into it, the plans leave much to be desired. The 5K Beginner Training plan essentially asks you to run a 5K on Day 1 and then 2 more times just in the first week. That is a very steep entry for someone that is new to running or hasn’t ran in a while and is currently averaging 0-5 miles a week.
