Error
New version is not working, it’s saying unable to proceed, try again. Customer care said server is ok and no problem found but I’m unable to use since one week and not getting any solution. Shame on this system
App stuck at first loading page
I am using this app smoothly for 1 year but after this update it doesn’t working anymore. I can’t turn it on . When i contacted with your customer support team they suggested to use it by mobile data and after turning on with mobile data same thing is happening. It stuck at the first loading page . Brac bank kindly value your customer a bit . We are using your service for a charge doesn’t mean you will do whatever you want . Fix this soon please

Terrible UX – No password autofill and VPN support
Absolute garbage app. They force you to create a complex password, but then completely block password autofill and won't even let you copy and paste it from a password manager! Who actually wants to manually type out a long, complicated password every single time they log in? To make matters worse, it doesn't work with a VPN and forces you to turn it off just to use the app. It is an unbelievably frustrating user experience for a modern banking app. Please fix this nonsense.

Functional UIUX That Works and Fast
The astha app has simple UI that may feel old but it’s functional and well mapped. The sections and tabs are easily discoverable. The UX and speed is on par. Overall good performance and security. This is an app that delivers while being not too loud on the market.

You can’t even paste the pw
They force you to set a strong complex password but you have to memorise and type it. You can’t even paste it if you have save the password to any password manager app. Apple nativ password app also not working. I never used any stupid app like this before. It was working a month ago or two. Lastly you cannot use 2 devices in business account too. Please be informed that most business accounts need multiple device access, because business owners amd business managers don’t share a single device. And most business is managed by one or multiple personnel e.g. accountants, managers

UI looks ancient. During login it’s loading for over 30s. App showing information which isn’t helpful at all for end user. Any operations i want to do is loading for at least 20s. The whole experience is horrible. I am using fairly fast wifi so this network slowness act won’t work btw. Make better app man.

VPN Block is Trash
Why do I have to turn off my VPN every single time I want to use this app? It’s 2026, forcing users to disable their vpn just to check a balance is backwards and incredibly annoying. Fix the app so it works with VPNs. Stop making digital banking a chore.

The only con is it keeps updating everyday!! Which is pretty annoying. Other than that it’s quite good.
