Disappointed by such behavior of bKash

Until NPSB came, bKash was the best MFS in Bangladesh for me. After NPSB came, they said I violated Bangladesh Bank's policies which is why they blocked my NPSB option.😆

NPSB issue

Bkash suspends NPSB service without any notice or explanation. Even the customer support blamed 'Bangladesh Bank'! What a joke! They couldn't even tell that which transaction or policy was involved. Since NPSB is cheaper than cashout, this raises concerns that customers are being pushed toward the more expensive cash out option, very disappointing and really unethical business strategy from such a renowned company.
