I am in BD rn but it wont let me open the app saying only allowed in Bangladesh.

Blocked NPSB & QR payment hassle for merchants
They do not like if we do use npsb government implemented features, they block the account intentionally and make people fill a form which states something like - i do accept that, i did some illegal transactions and then again allow for transactions. Many of my friends and family also faced this issue.

Very disappointed with the bKash app. It takes too long to move from one option to another, and sometimes I have to tap again and again. Even simple things are becoming difficult to do. Please fix these issues and make the app faster and smoother. It’s really frustrating to use now.

Mandatory Saving my Card information
This is a complete data privacy breach of us, why should I have to save my Bank card details in ur database to add money in bkash??
I do not want to store my bank card details there should be a choice if someone wants to okay fine if someone doesn’t want to than u guys should not force them to save card details.

No BKash Merchant App in ios
I am a Bkash Merchant and use an ios device. I cannot use the merchant app because there is not any merchant app available in the app store. Very disappointing
Bad (npsb) Service
bKash suspended my NPSB service without any notice or explanation. Customer support only blamed "Bangladesh Bank monitoring" but couldn't tell me which transaction or policy was involved.
Since NPSB is cheaper than cash out, this raises concerns that customers are being pushed toward the more expensive cash-out option. Very disappointing.
