Referrals are never paid out
Referrals are not paid out. When you reach out to customer support they tell you to have them buy something. Still makes no difference. I’m not referring anyone else.
Still has issues with Kroger
I deleted this app several months ago due to frustrations with syncing accounts. I thought the issue might be fixed by now but nope. Still won’t sync with Kroger, the place I shop 95% of the time. I’ve tried changing my password on the Kroger app, deleted both apps & reloaded- still a no go. Please fix this issue!

It’s ok, rewards don’t always get added, Customer Svc is AI so no help
App is ok for something’s. The locked rewards are difficult to unlock unless you are shopping a lot- and for someone who is low income I can’t always unlock these. If you’ve bought a new product and it asks for a review it uses Gen AI to rewrite the response- so it does NOT sound authentic at all and looks like any other fake review made. The special offers don’t always work right, and trying to contact Help does nothing- you get an automated response right away that does not even address the problem you had at all. Again it’s ok and sometimes I can try new stuff but I’d rather use Fetch or Ibotta to ensure the shopping reward I get goes through and doesn’t require more money spent. Their customer support is better too.

Absolutely must try
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this was necessary. I downloaded the app connected all of my online purchasing apps and was rewarded over $20 the first day! This is incredible and there’s also ways to earn with the app. I love this app and I think it’s awesome
Sometimes it works, sometimes not
This app is great when it works, but when it doesn’t work, what’s the point. I placed an Amazon order for a product that had a rebate and it never showed up in my account and their customer service basically says oh well. Uninstalling.

I don’t know why any retailer continues to deal with them.
I purchased daily deals with them and did not get my instant credit. Their response was that I did not sync my account early enough when I paid through them.

Unable to connect
I loved brandclub UNTIL I stopped being able to connect my accounts to earn! It glitches every single time I try to connect to most stores. Ridiculous
Not worth the effort; terrible customer service
Like so many other reviews have said, this app is *deeply* flawed. Even if you sync your accounts daily and keep the app up-to-date, it’s going to miss a LOT of your transactions. It’ll pick up some.
But what really irritates me about this app is the complete and utter lack of customer service. They rarely respond to you if you do report said issues with syncing and missing credit, often take weeks of they do bother to reply. Additionally, they seem to really fight giving you cash on the issues you point out, as if YOU are the reason it isn’t working and not their lousy app.
Additionally, each payout they take $1.50 from your cash out. I’ve never had any other rebate app do that. This strikes me as incredibly cheap, and affirms my belief that this app is designed to minimize your payout while maximizing their access to your data.
There are better cash-back and rebate apps out there than BrandClub. The user experience is so bad that I finally closed my account because it’s no longer worth the fight or hassle.

The survey process is simply awful and I believe it creates a very inaccurate data for the brands that work with Brandclub. Most of the questions don’t give you an option that you simply DO NOT follow the brands on their social medial. The questions is: “Do you currently follow “brand name” on any of the following social channels?” And there is no option to say that I don’t follow. So when Brandclub is presenting this collected information regarding the customers, it’s actually telling that I (as a customer) follow them, when I really I don’t but must select something to pass the survey. If I would be a company I wouldn’t trust Brandclub statistics. Plus the surveys are getting extremely long and annoying, after selecting the inaccurate answer I have to wait a few seconds (6 to be exact) until the survey goes to the next step. And after completing the survey, I cannot simply go back to the main page, I MUST go “SHOP “name of the brand”. I cannot close it or skip it. So technically, Brandclub is counting clicks on how many times customers actually used the link inside the app and also creating a false data for the brands and companies by creating a fake “go to clicks”. All of these make me upset because I know how much brands are actually paying companies like a Brandclub and influencers to collect accurate or close to the actual data regarding their potential clients, and Brandclub is faking the statistics. Very untrusted company. Plus their deals are mostly for very poor products (if it’s food or beverage is for the unhealthy or dangerous and unsafe products; and if it’s for cleaning then it’s something that it’s banned in most countries for the poisonous chemicals). Overall, it’s a waste of life and time and not really saving tiny pennies, because it’s pushing you to buy things most people don’t even need.

It’s great at finding rewards for purchases you’re making regardless of the apps influence. If you try to buy the daily deals good luck. My Amazon card/account purchases always “have an issue” when I buy through the app. So I buy through Amazon and refresh/load purchases, if I don’t time it right the deals run out. Customer service is mid. If Amazon wrecks your order for a daily deals goodbye to that deal.
Rewards for regular purchases amazing. Rewards for apps deals…it’s great when it works and annoying the other 70% of the time.

Was great but now my apps won’t connect and I keep getting errors. Same apps that used to work and now the just error out each time.
Doesn’t work
Used to be a great app with high payouts now half the time it won’t connect to my Kroger or Walmart and only gives small cash back like pennys
