the fact that the community search function looks for any letters from your query in any order instead of prioritizing the words themselves is just bizarre to me

I only started using Brandefy because TikTok was being banned but I have continued using it even though TikTok was not banned because I like seeing your suggestions and love the info and content from other people !! 10/10 stars !!!

Mislead
Found this app on FB. Site stated it was to find inexpensive makeup brand dupes way cheaper. They lied! I don’t even see any dupes & not familiar with brands listed & brands are not dupes or inexpensive.

I love this app, it helped me find skincare that was perfect for my skin. You should download it if you are worried about your skin.
Little Sketchy…
I signed up for this app and was excited because not a lot of skincare apps exist and good-quality ones are hard to come by, especially ones that recommend products or routines.
If you do want to get this app, DON’T SIGN UP!
I wanted to sign up because typically with accounts on these kinds of apps, it becomes more customized and just a better experience overall. However, the sign-up on this app requires you to give your email, first and last name, phone number, MAKES YOU sign up for text alerts (not optional!), and MAKES YOU share the app with three friends/contacts via text or mail (also not optional!). Personally, I quit at that point because my personal information is important to me and I’m not going to give them more than they need to know, and also my friends don’t deserve an ad in the middle of the day.
Just saying: I’m sure the app has some upsides and good qualities, but if the sign-up process is enough to raise some red flags and make ME quit, the app itself is probably worse.

What am I missing?
Reviews are all old and all I seem to get is brandefy trying to sell their own skincare line. No thanks. I’ll check in a day or two to see if it’s a fluke and then delete the fake app.

Love the company, but a horribly slow app. Pages load slowly or not at all.

Would be great if I could use the app to see and explore the products without being forced to create an account so you can spam with marketing emails without my knowing what you even offer.
So then I went to the website and there is nothing much to see except 12 products, the bundles seemed promising, but many are sold out and some have a redirect to buy on amazon. Weird. Not sure why an entire app is necessary for so little stock and merch.

2 Main Issues w/ this App
There are 2 main problems I have with this app:
1). The app crashes way more than normal. It crashes maybe every other time I use it, so it would be greatly appreciated if this could be prevented in the future.
2). This is more of an inconvenience than a concern, but when you view a product, it doesn’t show the typical number of images you would see on the website (like swatches of the products, what they look like on diff. skin tones, etc.). You are able to see the picture left in reviews/comparison reviews, but sometimes/ most times there are no pictures of what the product looks like.
All this to say that other than these, the app is pretty convenient.

The bradefy app is extremely helpful and informative for getting recommendations and finding dupes. The app often crashes or freezes.
Fabulous App
This is the best App for finding skincare. You can see ingredients and alternate products that are close to the expensive ones. Plus I love their brand skin care products.
