My iPhone X will not update to iOS 18+, I'm stuck with iOS 16+. I'm not buying a new iPhone just to use this app. You need a backwards compatible app. This is very annoying now that I can't use mobile banking.

Got wait for your check to get aproved, then make you write some random junk just so they know where it going when it can only go to one place.

Almost as bad as the bank itself
The people of the bank are super rude and snobby. Most of the time in the app never works it never tells me what I have in my account because it doesn’t update most the time Definitely switching banks soon.

Won’t work on my iPhone 8 after last update.

This new version will not work on older iPhones. So now I am locked out of my account. This is ridiculous.

My experience with Bravera bank is absolutely incredible. Everybody is so kind and attentive, and not just rushing you in and out the door. It’s the way banking should be it’s like something from the past. I truly enjoy going in the bank and I do as often as possible. The team members and management at the branch in Minot, should be very proud of themselves.
