None reliable app for people visiting Egypt

The way the system is implemented and the way they approach with Delivery is completely separated. They have a GPS system which locates yourself, but all the Driver and Delivery are using simple basic phones so they cannot reach out to the point without a complete address, the problem in Egypt there is no definition of addresses except with region and it’s completely messy this app and the technology doesn’t match the reality of Egypt

Horrible service

Very disappointing experience with Breadfast. I ordered a perfume, paid online in full, and the item was never delivered. Customer service has been completely unhelpful despite multiple follow-ups asking either for a refund or for the missing item to be sent. It’s unacceptable to charge customers for products they never receive and then ignore the issue instead of resolving it professionally. This was a waste of time, money, and effort, and it completely destroyed my trust in the app. I definitely would not recommend ordering expensive items from them.

Great but….

I use the app a lot as a student because it’s honestly super convenient and the prices are pretty good compared to going out and buying everything myself. I order a lot of the same things every week.

One thing that’s a bit annoying though is that if I want to reorder something I have to go to account then activity history then past orders and then find it there. It works but it’s kind of too many steps. It would be really nice if there was just a reorder button or quick list of previous items on the main page. Would make weekly shopping way easier.
