SCAM

This is a scam. Money will be leaving your account left right and centre and it is next to impossible to cancel. The app does nothing of what it says. They have inbuilt ‘glitiches’ so they can even blame your wifi/phone etc when it simply isn’t the case. They just want to make it hard for you to cancel any subscription. When they ask for a donation you are basically giving them a free for all to take money from your account.

Terrible

You can’t even log in for the first time if you opt not to have it track. A pop up appears that isn’t design for the app asking if you are sure but it’s not designed so you can confirm the decline of permission. Truely a terrible app and looks to have been that way a while from other reviews.

Apple has just voted this the worst app of the year! They are right!

Bad layout, bad UI, crashes when trying to upload or take a photo to claim. Unclear, messy layout, nothing intuitive at all. Open a document and you’re locked out the app no way to go back or close. Car crash of an app. Luckily our company has seen sense and gone back to a corporate plan with Westfield who are much much better!

Shocking - Crashes

Let’s you enter multiple claims then as you progress to upload images crashes when you tap Take Photo. Wasting so much time and effort. Pointless. Almost seems deliberate to put you off claiming!

Poor functionality

Constant app crashes when trying to upload receipts, if you open any policy there’s no close or back button so have to close the app and re login every time. Amazed developers passed this app off as functional and acceptable
