A baffling failure

There is zero explanation for how to actually arrive at the “explain to me how to set up this machine” part of the “how to set up this machine” app. The upside is that the app’s logo looks nice.

Bambino Bes500

Cannot get any further than 3D image on screen of iPhone. How does one progress beyond this move?

Set up

The app it’s difficult to use

Confusing app

All I can mange to do is see a halogen of the product I select and spin it 360 degrees, no instructions or set up guide.

Cannot find the Kitchen Wizz 8 plus

Cannot find the Kitchen Wizz 8 plus in the app

What is the point of this app?

Other than a virtual picture there are no instructions or any useful info

Doesn’t have the red version of the appliance I like specifically because it comes in red

Doesn’t have the red version of the appliance I like specifically because it comes in red

Seems to do nothing

Needs some instructions to clarify how to show product

Product not found

The app seems good but the mixers are not available.

Too confusing

Way too complicated

Only a sales tool. No operating help

The app was recommended by the instructions that came with the appliance. The app was advertised as assisting installation and how to use. It does not do this.

It’s sole purpose is to sell appliances by showing you a computer rendering of the appliance in your home. Whether that rendering is properly scaled is a huge question.

Great Visualizations

I have been a fan of Breville products for a long time. I did not realize how helpful augmented reality (AR) would be in helping me decide on my next Breville appliance until I downloaded the app and tried it out in my kitchen. Amazon offers a similar experience for a wider range of products, but Breville’s experience feels more sleek and generally seamless. The app fulfilled its intended purpose of helping me decide if their products actually make sense in my kitchen.

Trying to make a freaking cup of coffee

Why is it necessary to have a fake reality 3D image of the coffee maker in my kitchen— and give read write access to ALL of my photos?? when I can look at the Actual Reality of the coffee maker in my kitchen?

Just trying to learn how to make a cup of coffee here

Waaaaay too over-engineeered app for its purpose. Let the 20-something who created go back to video gaming now…

What’s the point

Why do I need to take a picture. All I wanted was to see was how to work the machine

No purpose whatsoever

Card includes in box said to use the app for set up. It doesn’t do that. Useless.

Unable to progress past photo of counter

Unable to progress past photo of counter step.

Ridiculously bad app

Not really sure it was worth the time to download. I tried it, it sucked. Moving on with my life.

What’s the app for?

I already own the Breville bambino plus, why would i like to see how it looks on my counter? And where do i go after i put it “virtually” on my counter. I got the app because there’s a card in the product box that says, get the app and easy step-by-step 3d interactive set up. Hmmm think i just downloaded a glorified shopping site.

Dumb app

This app is for buying things. New product I received came with a flyer that said to download the app. Why? The app doesn’t let me register my product, or connect to my product. Pointless

No good

Doesn’t work.
