Tried paying with 2 separate cards just for it to constantly say payment failure

this app is terrible. wont load my policy, theres a bar at the top with the title of the page and the back button that covers the info in the page, it keeps freezing, shows no payment history even though i get emails for reoccuring payments and see the payments in my banks app. wtf

The app almost never loads to the home page making it impossible to pay my monthly bill before having to resort to the $14 dollar fee the online service charge.
Bridger Insurance Scam
This app is just like the policy absolutely awful! Don’t get the insurance and certainly don’t get hit by someone with this policy.

This app keep crashing and when you ask for the card ID always gives you the oldest card ID in file. good luck getting anything done in this app.

Login Doesn’t Work
I can no longer login to the app. I keep entering my policy number and zip code but after that it keeps loading but won’t let me access anything.

The app shuts down on purpose it’s there way to get you to make your payments threw customer service/ Bridger, they add fees for everything on the fin print it does state fees for certain services but when they make a mistake on there end it doesn’t matter to them on top of your original payment now your hit with a fee for paying over the phone so you try making a payment threw there site and there hitting you with 2x a fee and a one time payment fee but if your set for an automatic payment your still hit with a automatic payment fee and if your not paying attention they’ll add more “changing” your remaining balance I wish I did my research on this insurance company before I got stuck with them they literally cover nothing they’ll deny your claims your literally just paying for documents no actual coverage or real insurance!

This app stopped working for me for some reason and it makes it extremely difficult to pay this company and see your balances. It’s really quite embarrassing.
Doesn’t load
It’s been about 3 months that’s the app doesn’t finish loading when logging in

I haven’t been able to access the app for one month. I’ve already installed and uninstalled it three times, but it still won’t open so I can make my payment. I tried to pay through the website, but the bank canceled the transaction. Also, the automatic payment is not processed on the selected date, and I end up being charged late fees and interest even though I make the payment in advance.
