Not helpful
All I want is a receipt showing what I paid for 2024. This app doesn’t give you any account info. The only thing you can do is check the status of your refund or make a payment.
Seems like a joke
In a state where you have headquarters for many of the largest tech companies in the world, this is the mobile app that’s deployed. With all the money collected, all the taxes we pay, and we don’t have an app from the franchise tax board that can be used to replace antiquated mailed letters about balances owed or actions being taken. This is disgraceful and one more evidence of just how poorly the state functions.

Useless
This app sums up the entire Franchise Tax Board. Absolutely useless and broken. Their stupid website brought me here to pay business taxes and there is NO BUSINESS OPTION. If they put the idiots who pitched and developed this app behind some phones to answer calls at the FTB, it would accomplish an unmeasurable amount more than this brick of an app.

You can’t even login, when you put in your Social Security number and your name and then it says it doesn’t match their records. It’s a ridiculous site that has no options to do much of anything.
