I was charged 97.00 taken from my account but your app isn’t letting me cancel membership it only takes me to AI Bright Builder and will not cancel I want my money back I have been asking for help all day this is ridiculous and annoying no one is helping so I’m assuming I’m being waited out past the 14 days so I can’t get my money back, shouldn’t be this hard to get help!!!

VERY STECKY APP! I downloaded this app because it was on the list under loan searches and according to the few reviews I saw I THOUGHT it was legit! ok boom so I downloaded it and it had me go through all these crazy screens really trying to throw you off now that I think about it and it did prompt me to put in my bank information to where I wanted to receive funds if approved for loan which is not uncommon because I’ve used apps to borrow money before and when going through the slides it mentioned a $97 membership of course I DID NOT SIGN UP for it! I immediately got off the app but should have removed my information but they hit my account with $97 saying I signed up for an annual trial and I didn’t sign up or agree to anything! no email no text nothing! only realized they charged my card cause I was trying to make a purchase using my card now I’m the negative and they took my last. I’m very livid!

MAJOR RED FLAG
I entered my phone number to create an account and it logged me in to the previous person’s account who had my phone number before me, complete with their home address and information about how much money they had in the bank. What’s worse is it would not let me remove that person’s bank account without adding another…. BEWARE!!!
