Mostly doesn’t work
Started off looking great but now it just whirls forever and never gets any data. Smart meters are pants!
Great app
I just changed supplier to Eon Next and their app is bad for meter data. This app gets the half hourly data and is very clear in £ or kWh.
Happy with this app
Was nervous about giving away my meter data to some random company but this app has now been connected to my meter (took a couple of days) Since my meter is stuck behind a workbench and I cannot view the LED display, being able to track my electric usage on my phone now is brilliant. Zero issues so far despite the bad reviews!

Fairly useless
Seems a fairly useless app - signed up a couple of months ago but for some reason the homepage still tells me it’ll be another 48 hours. The data is there when you move onto the other tabs - but it’s incorrect.
Great app
I moved to Eon more than 3 months ago and still have received no statements and the Eon app does not work which is really irritating my electrical consumption control freakery. This app is my sanity saver - and it’s free, thanks team. I have deducted one star as the graphs are taller than my iPad screen so I have to scroll around to see the full picture, and I think more could be done with the data (exports for instance). EDIT: I have discovered that if you open the app, the graph bars will be too tall to see on screen, but if you go out of the app and back in, they will magically rescale to fit the screen.

Seems abandoned
Had high hopes for this app but after registering and being told it would take 48 hours to load the data I’m now 5 weeks down the line and absolutely no response from the developers. Now worried about who has my data.
Not working
Stopped working last couple of weeks
Not impressed
I signed up fire an account. Waited for a validation email. Didn’t get one. Checked spam. Nothing.
I’ve tried several times to get it resent. The app crashes every time. How do I go about getting you to delete all my details as per the gdpr?

Reset password
The reset password doesn’t work no email to my inbox or my spam

Import and export
Great app give you the data you need. However just approved the export which did show nicely but now ithe app will not load.
Utterly useless
Support is non-existent. Something has gone awry since I switched energy providers, now Bright is reporting £100+ bills daily which don't marry with the in-house-device. The IHD also doesn't tally with what I'm actually being billed, which is thankfully significantly lower than either of the other reckonings. I am beyond disappointed - the device was not cheap, the support is non-existent (one email replied to, nothing since), and they can't manage to get the basic maths to work across all platforms. Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else - anywhere else - you'll get a better service and a better product. --- Updated to add: customer service have been unable to fix issues with aggregated billing, and now graph is not even rendering at all, in over 6 months. They have now suggested I delete the app since I am so dissatisfied! ROFL

Excellent
Looked at this app as HUGO have stopped free app. This app is simple to use and shows exactly what you want with regular accurate updates. I found this to be far better and more reliable than LOOP
Fantastic app for near realtime usage
I got this app as we never received an IHD when our smart meters were installed. The app itself updates usage faster than the supplier’s (octopus) usage dashboard to the extent that sometimes we are getting data with a delay of only 30 mins! This is without the consumer access device connecting to the meter via the Home Area Network. I am very impressed so far and the ability to access our data via their API is a bonus (and a side project for me to spin a simple app to display this data). A fantastic addition to the UK energy market.

Unable to even register for an account to be able to use the app. No verification emails ever received after numerous attempts, so unable to even use the app
Support
I have to say I am impressed with the email support offered and supplied when my smart meter decided to stop reporting. Jane Wilson has been very helpful. Thank you Jane.
Stopped working
Sadly the SMETS 2 monitor stopped working. At £70 you would think it would work longer than 2 years

Awful.
Don’t waste your time with this. You end up giving A LOT of personal info only to find it doesn’t accept your supply number.
