Can’t sign in

Loading sign just spins and spins, can’t access at all. Nothing from this company seems to work.

Run away from this company

The service is garbage- can barely handle watching a Netflix movie. Takes 10 minutes for a website to load. Don’t even think about trying to connect more than one device at a time, it’ll crash your service.
Customer support is nonexistent. My service has been out for a week. I called multiple times, used the chat several times, 99% of the time, there is no answer at all. The one time they did answer, they jerked me around and repeatedly asked me the same question I had answered several times. I finally had enough and told them to cancel my service. At which point they continued to ask the same questions until I got angry and cussed them out. At that point, they closed the chat with no resolution. Stay away from this company. Nothing but a headache.

Poor Payment Options

I Just Want to Pay my Bill online At this Point , Like Why is it So hard to just pay my Bill online .. I tried every option they provided and none of them are available, like Get it TOGETHER …I Work From Home and I honestly don’t have the time to be Missing work because I can’t pay my WiFi bill when I need To .Just Pleaseeee Get it together because I have no choice but stick with y’all because of the area I’m in 😑😑

Service / Communication

I have been trying to get Brightspeed service for 5-6months. We started our journey in October, I’ve been told they needed to bury wires because the house is a new build. Okay that’s understandable, however, they would send a tech out (to install my modem, not to bury any wires. Then, cancelled my account (2x and my fiancées once). Yesterday I was told again someone would be out to help install the wires, although, I rebutted that I actually reached out to a different company and they came out within 3 days. So as I sat and waited all day and night for someone to come out they never did and nobody has contacted me with updates. This “company” seems to be very sketchy as well as very unreliable, unprofessional and has shown high signs of distrust by not providing a service they’ve repeatedly stated they would offer. They only nice thing is that the calls are “recorded” so hopefully there’s some evidence to what I’m stating. Very very disappointing, honestly!

Not Usable

Can’t even log in, just delete it from the App Store. I signed on to my account online and it directed me to the Wi-Fi app, which says I don’t have an account, and can’t get past the email address login screen. It just keeps loading, circle of death, and does absolutely nothing. Useless.

Horrible

Had regular internet. No problem. This app is useless. When I switched, unable to log in. And support staff were useless….after speaking w 7-8 different people

Worst app ever

Worst app I’ve ever experienced. Simply doesn’t work.

Beware!

This app is absolute trash. It will not let me login or reset my password, but if I go to their site, I can login.

However, once on the site, I can’t pay my bill because they never assimilated previous CenturyLink customers correctly, so it always redirects me to CenturyLink (which no longer exists) to pay (which, of course, doesn’t work). Then, they have the audacity to tack late fees onto my account.

Not to mention, the service they provide is subpar. We can’t stream a show while the other has their PC on, even if it’s not doing anything.

Such a waste.

Remove useless app from store

App does not work at all. Login screen just takes you to password reset screen. I just want to know what my account number is and can’t find anyway to get it. Monthly email “bill/receipt” does not have it either. Had no issues contacting Centurylink or Quantum Fiber, this new company not so much. On the plus side my internet is fine

Bad app and customer service

We have been having problems w-Brightspeed since they bought out CenturyLink. Poor /No internet support. Bad Wi-Fi connections. It drops w/whenever the clouds are dark and cloudy. It is not a dish? What’s the problem. My connections are compromised from the outside and every time I sign on to the internet from my computers. Tech support has no knowledge of fixing the issue. Says change the PSWD. It doesn’t fix the problem. The app won’t allow me to change my own pswd. Continue to receive error messages. Would cancel service but the Government/State won’t allow other Wi-Fi companies to enter this area. Who’s paying Who???

App No Longer Functions

App no longer works and does not display any information.

Just Awful

Just don’t make no sense how slow the Wi-Fi is and want even let you pay your bill. Just awful,

Terrible

Rub two stones together and you’ll probably get better internet. I pay for 900 up and 900 down. I receive 20 up 20 down. Paying for a product and not receiving could easily be argued to be fraud.

Worthless

Doesn’t get past the account tab when I’m trying to get to the dashboard. As a new customer this doesn’t bode well (and we all thought CenturyLink was horrible). The phone app issues need to be addressed ASAP since its the only way to get an answer if your internet is down!

Not worth a single star

BRIGHTSPEED and its app are totally worthless. No customer service; don’t answer phones; entire process broken since BRIGHTSPEED bought out Centurylink. Worst customer service anywhere!!!!!

Slow and awful

The internet has been slow since the change over to Brightspeed. This new app won’t accept logins either. Definitely looking at different wifi as I type this.

Horrible and Frusttating

Internet speeds are never what you pay for, not even Hal what you pay for. Customer service is a gauntlet to get through past their self conflicting automation. Once you get to customer service they don’t seem to know if the customer belonged to Quantum or Brightspeed. They won’t even let you pay your bill ahead of time (first company I ever heard of that frowns on getting their money early) and the. There is the app. The app won’t even let you test your own internet speed, conveniently, probably because they don’t want you to find out how badly your you’re getting ripped off. This company is simply not centralized and it seems no one knows what going on as a result.

App issues

I want to see my dashboard but every time I open the app it takes me straight to account tab and won’t let me do anything else this need to be fixed or at less help me out why it’s doing this

Horrible - only works half the time

Since the change to Brightspeed from Quantum our Internet has worked sporadically at best. Hence the app not working either. The previous app for our Internet had schedules in which you could change the connectivity for kids devices this one you have to manually turn on and off, when it works of course.

Terrible wifi. It works during the day while no one needs it. But BRIGHTSPEED shuts it off at 5:00! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Your reviews are horrible!
