Won’t let me sign in
I need help signing in it logged me out and now I can sign back in please help thanks
App needs updated
Obviously I’m a dispatcher if I have this app. That being said there’s a lot to be desired in this app versus the web version. You cannot dispatch calls from this app. All you can do is see the calls and what driver got disptached automatically in the system. Once you open a call to look at the details, if the note is long, you cannot read the whole thing. You cannot tap it and it open to see the entirety of the note. You cannot pull up th history of calls. There’s just a lot to be desired especially considering the driver app works much better than this one. As an employee at a garage, I move in and out of the office in order to provide service to our walk in customers seeking any service we provide. In the time of technology that we live in, this app should be much better. Perhaps I’d like to work remote and don’t have a desktop or laptop and only have my phone, working remote is impossible.

I’m frustrated…
I use this app everyday for my job. I drive a tow truck and need the app so I can dispatch calls to myself and other drivers. When we started to use the app it was okay with a few issues that I could get past. But over time it stopped showing me the other drivers so I couldn’t dispatch anything to them and now it won’t even show myself so I can’t assign calls to myself anymore either. It makes my everyday so much harder. I consistently have to manually refresh which is also a pain. But the main reason for me to use this app is to dispatch to myself or my other drivers and not being able to do that makes this pointless for me to use. Then I have to get on the phone call my shop or the other company just to get things assigned. PLEASEEEEE FIX THIS APP. It’s been like this for way to long.

UPDATE AND FIX THIS
Drivers that are online, signed in, with location on aren’t visible but only select ones and they never show back up… wth
Unable to assign driver
Please allow the “Dispatcher app” to assign calls to drivers. That is the main function of the app and it does not work. Once that is fixed this app will be a great app.
