The app never worked properly but after I deleted and reinstalled, it works perfectly.

Tried several times to pay by PayPal . Just shows a blank screen(even after deleting & reinstalling). I will have to purchase my supplements via the website again.

I want to like this app but it doesn't link to PayPal so I can't pay that way, nor can I pay with Apple Pay so not the most user friendly

Cannot use Ap says invalid
Bought before but not with Ap - now got Ap but keeps saying invalid when trying to add details - as others have said - this is awful and needs fixing - what are you doing about it please - I like your products and want to order !!!!

This app is so bad, it doesn’t show when you’ve placed an order as items remain in your basket. No order confirmation is received and no history of previous orders. I guess it’s just for browsing……
Problems with app
Love British supplements. Having problems though with their app. Found it difficult to open an account. Managed in the end. Unfortunately app doesn’t open when I tap on it, so can’t use it despite it being the latest version
