Terrible app. Cross-reference is lacking. If you don’t know the entire and exact name of an item, too bad/good luck. If only part of the item name is entered, the app only shows a few items that may OR may not be related. The list doesn’t tell what aisle to find the product. It doesn’t sort items in the order of aisle procession.

Account
Points not added and I needed to email to get them added. My account was entered again and now I have no points. This is not dependable. I need to find another place to shop.
Trouble with ads showing
I love the brookshires app, and shop the sales regularly to try to stock up when I see something we eat frequently or that I can freeze for the future, but 99% of the time the ads don’t show up and neither does the web saver, which is exhausting
Poor site for order
The navigation through is deceiving. You order over and over and it never takes the order.

I place a pickup order for the cut up watermelon just about every day. I go by on my way to work every afternoon. I get a text early in the day telling me my order is ready. A couple of times I forget to order the night before (I get off at 11pm) but I call and they have always told me it will be ready for me. All the folks I have interacted with are consistently friendly and helpful. Thank you Brookshire’s for providing this service and for having the BEST employees.

The best Brookshires branch
The staff in Hawkins are the best in the whole area, including Gilmer and Gladewater.
Search Bar
The brookshires app is usually okay, but it never reflects the true inventory. The search bar doesn’t recognize basic product names, even when spelled correctly.

Online ordering is easy to navigate.
First pick up order confusing
5/24 placed pickup order for #60 in quitman to pickup on 5/25
On 5/24 there was a banner ad to save $10 on pickup order. When I went to check out there was no ‘code’ available.
I called Store #60 was told ‘just type in a note.’ i did and at that time I had an order well over $70- the amount ad said needed.
But apparently between then snd pickup ‘items’ disappeared. Why can’t I see my original order on line??
Unfortunately, today at pickup- I did not receive the $10 promotion. A manager was called to assist-but I had ice cream already melting in my car.
Not sure about this online venture/ too sketchy and glitzy-
So: I moved to this area 6 plus years ago/ have shopped # 60 many times.
My take away
today:
Make sure all ads current, wen site app user friendly, promotions are user friendly- correct info provided when a customer calls for help.

Very difficult to checkout sometimes

Love my Brookshire’s store. Nice and clean and friendly workers. Love all the workers. They are just like family.
Glitches
While shopping online, I experienced a couple glitches, but the app did pick up right where I left off. One feature I would love to be added is when you return to the search bar, it is ready to type, rather than having to delete the last item searched.
Brookshires Pick Up
I have online shopped for groceries since the “big chain” started several years ago and Brookshires is the best hands down. They communicate with you through text and allow you to choose substitutions in real time. They even text pictures of the options to substitute with. If I could give them a hundred stars I would 💜
