I open this account months ago and I was using it for a back up. No worth it because the first time I tried to use the card it was declined when I had a good amount of money available. Tried to calling but the phone never rings, now I have to wait days for resolution. Once this is done I’m close this account and transfer all my money. Do not use this service I’m very disappointed

Can’t send money to US
Last update fixed the Face ID useless feature. Now we can access only with Face ID which is good and for that is that I give one star. However, now I can’t send money to my US card; every time I go into that screen it freezes after having typed 3 digits. I restarted my phone, deleted and installed the app again and this simply keeps happening.

Under maintenance
The app works for what you need it to do, but the constant under maintenance after closing and opening the app is so annoying. I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it every time I want to use it. I can only use the app once because once the app closes it will give you that message every time when trying to open it again.
