I open this account months ago and I was using it for a back up. No worth it because the first time I tried to use the card it was declined when I had a good amount of money available. Tried to calling but the phone never rings, now I have to wait days for resolution. Once this is done I’m close this account and transfer all my money. Do not use this service I’m very disappointed

Can’t send money to US
Last update fixed the Face ID useless feature. Now we can access only with Face ID which is good and for that is that I give one star. However, now I can’t send money to my US card; every time I go into that screen it freezes after having typed 3 digits. I restarted my phone, deleted and installed the app again and this simply keeps happening.

Under maintenance
The app works for what you need it to do, but the constant under maintenance after closing and opening the app is so annoying. I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it every time I want to use it. I can only use the app once because once the app closes it will give you that message every time when trying to open it again.

Update issue "maintenance bug"
Not sure if the "maintenance" issue is individual bug for each account but after reported the issue via chat, somehow 2 days later both apps Financiera and Broxel works perfectly!

Constantemente me aparece que la app está en mantenimiento y tengo que desinstalar e instalar la aplicación para poder ingresar
No me contesta servicio al cliente
Tengo problemas para hablar con soporte ya pasaron varios días y nada de nada mi depósito no llegó a mi cuenta y no puedo hablar con soporte para saber que pasó y tengo otra situación de una estafa ya me cambiaron la tarjeta pero nose si sea eso que mi depósito no se ve reflejado en mi cuenta o tengo que esperar a que llegue mi tarjeta ayuda no sé qué hacer y tengo deudas por pagar ayuda

Lost access since 2021
I’ve tried log in in for years now and still my account is blocked, no reply or customer support. This is not good for people that need to have access to their funds .

Not happy taking to long
Not happy taking to long I signed up over a month ago called customer service once a week for the last 4 weeks. I have a bad feeling about this app. Requested my card in Peso still no answer. My physical card in the USA has not arrived. I have added money to the digital card just to try it but can not do anything with it yet. Service very limited. 👎🏼 There are better options I only sign up here to support the Mexican President. Now I have a bad taste in my mouth for both.

I never receive the codes to log in
I gave it my email, I gave it my phone number, and yet I never receive the codes necessary to log in so I can’t activate my card. I am losing my mind this is so frustrating!!!!!

Great potential. The US App often freezes, has a slow and difficult onboarding, and customer service froze my card for several weeks with poor communication of reopening, while holding funds, which were eventually liberated. Very low quality user experience overall. Not recommended

Desde el mes de febrero no puedo checar mi cuenta por que cada que abro la aplicación aparece un texto que dice “estamos en mantenimiento “ ya he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar la aplicación dura bien un día y al otro vuelve a aparecer el texto
