No puedo entrar a la app del banco. Tengo 5 días intentando entrar, y no puedo.

Falla mucho

Es muy difícil mandar dinero, porque se queda estancado no puedo seguir haciendo el envío. Se congela la aplicación. Es muy lenta cuando por fin puedo y no mande lo que quise porque por ejemplo quería mandar 1200 dólares y se congelaba en 120 ya no me dejaba poner más ceros y no me permitía regresar a corregir tenía que salir de la aplicación y empezar otra vez y mandé 999.99porque no me dejó mandar lo que quería. La aplicación es muy lenta y no me gusta que no puedo mandar a otras tarjetas de banco que no sean bienestar financiera. Gracias por permitirme decirlo
